Our “Role Model Policy” for all Staff

Pacific Harbor recognizes its need to faithfully present a quality Christian program to the families we serve. In order to do this we need to hire individuals that will spiritually support our philosophy and that are educated and trained to teach. We require our teaching staff to hold BA degrees from accredited universities and to apply for the ACSI Teaching Certificate. In addition, we require all employees to be of born again faith with a personal testimony of their relationship with Christ. With this in mind, meet our staff.

	Amie Gray Principal Experience: 8 years at Pacific Harbor Christian School Education:B.A. Degree in History (CSULB), M.A. Degree in Education: Curriculum and Instruction (Grand Canyon University) & Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (CSULB) - Master's of Education in Administration in progress
	Toni Payne Preschool Director Experience: · 21 years Education:· AA Degree in Child Development (LAHC) Childrens Center Permit - State of California
	Pat Noceti Human Resource Administrator Experience: 25 years at Pacific Harbor Christian School

	Michael Fraysure Finance Office Professional Experience: · 2nd year at Pacific Harbor Christian School - 18 years customer service
