Our “Role Model Policy” for all Staff

Pacific Harbor recognizes its need to faithfully present a quality Christian program to the families we serve. In order to do this we need to hire individuals that will spiritually support our philosophy and that are educated and trained to teach. We require our teaching staff to hold BA degrees from accredited universities and to apply for the ACSI Teaching Certificate. In addition, we require all employees to be of born again faith with a personal testimony of their relationship with Christ. With this in mind, meet our staff.
